Retention period

Customers and former customers of Nexus Studio should note that all data is retained for a maximum of 7 calendar years after the last contact. The basis for the retention period is a compelling interest, namely due to legal obligations for the tax authorities.

Personal data of individuals who are not (former) customers or suppliers will be deleted within two years.


Nexus Studio stores your data exclusively in the Netherlands or in the USA if a company participates in the Data Privacy Framework. Our systems meet a high-security level to ensure the protection of your privacy. We use two-factor authentication and data encryption on all services and systems where your data is stored.
